Within our 2,400 square foot facility, you will find 3 individual rage rooms, a comfortable lounge area, a spacious lobby, a viewing room, our car smashing zone, a paint party room, and much more!

Happy people just got happier. We've not seen anyone yet walk in and not laugh and smile while taking a baseball bat to a glass bottle -- A LOT of glass bottles.

What do I need to bring?Just some closed-toed shoes, a photo ID, and any frustrations you've built up throughout the day. *****CROCS or any other footwear with holes are NOT considered closed-toed shoes.

What time should I arrive?You should arrive at LEAST 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Why? We operate on a schedule and if you decide to arrive 10 minutes after your booking time, that is 10 minutes off of your allotted time! We also like to take this time to sign waivers(if not done so through the confirmation email), suit you up, give eye protection, give hand protection, and give a short run-down of rules. This process alone can take up to 10 minutes, so please plan accordingly.

Where do I sign my waiver?You will have several chances to sign your waiver. First, through our website. Second, through a link in the confirmation email. Third, through a reminder email of your booking with the same link from the confirmation email. Fourth, in store. We highly recommend using one of the first three chances to sign your waiver since it could take up time out of your allotted booking time. Please plan accordingly!!

How do I book my bottle service package with a Groupon code?So what you will need to do is go to our website, choose pricing>> smash packages>> 1- 7 people>> bottle service>> find a date/time that's available. If there is no availability for the day you choose then that means those spots have already been booked by other customers. Once the site asks you to purchase your package you will have an option to put in a promo code. This is where your Groupon/redemption code will go in. It will automatically turn the balance owed to 0.

How does it work?Simple -- Book an appointment through the site, show up (with or without a picture of your ex), and be ready to get the lead out.

Is there an age limit?RAGE ROOM: To go in alone, you must be at least 18 years or older. 12-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. PAINT PARTIES: To go in alone, you must be at least 18 years or older. 7-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

What do you do with all of the broken stuff?All broken glass is recycled and repurposed locally! All metal is sorted and given to local scrappers for further recycling! GUILT FREE SMASHING!

Should/can I bring headphones?We'll do you one better. Wirelessly connect your phone to our bluetooth speaker and get after it to whatever song makes you the angriest.

Can I film my experience?DO IT FOR THE GRAM! ... Just not for production. If you want to shoot your music video, commercial, movie, or farmers only profile video here, we charge a commercial hourly rate. Please email for details.

What's the point of this? Why would I want to smash a bunch of stuff?Other than it being a great time and awesome way to get some cardio in, The Break Room can be thought of as hands on anger therapy. But the fun kind! Everyone on the face of the Earth struggles with processing anger in a healthy way, but for residents and visitors of Charleston, SC, it just got a LOT easier. While we can't guarantee it will make you more a patient person, we CAN guarantee you'll feel better leaving than when you walked in.

Uhhhh... Is this thing safe?As the day is long! We'll armor you up before you go in, just do us and yourself a favor and try not to intentionally hurt yourself or your Breaking Buddy.

Can I bring a friend?Totally! However, due to safety regulations, we can only allow up to 7 to a room at a time. When you browse our packages, please take note of the recommended amount of people for that package.

Is EVERYTHING breakable?Once you're in the room, go to town. Just no walls, ceilings, doors, speakers or lights.

We had so much fun at The Break Room! It was surprisingly very therapeutic as well. The entire process was smooth from booking to smashing. The owner, Cole, was there the entire time and made us feel so comfortable and safe. It was obvious that aside from enjoyment, safety is their number one priority. We were given a mask, a suit, and gloves and everything we could smash for our time period. I really glad to see we had our OWN room so that I didn’t have to worry about what others were doing around me. We played our own music and just had the best time. I will definitely be back!
